Hello Everyone,
Here is a link to the October Newsletter.
After an encouraging June and July, things took a turn for the worse in August and unfortunately September wasn’t that much better.
Nearly all of the stock market indices that we track also went down. The exceptions were the FTSE 100, which went up by 2.3%, the Indian Sensex, which made 1.5%, and the Brazilian Ibovespa, which ended the month up 0.7%.
The best performing funds in September were the Energy/Natural Resources funds followed by funds from the India and Japanese sectors.
Most sectors went down.
Our portfolios are both ahead of where they were this time last month, but are still mainly invested in the Money Market funds.
As always, I hope that you enjoy this month’s newsletter and I look forward to hearing any feedback.
